Who are LearnersCloud?

LearnersCloud is an easy-to-integrate, e-learning system that will help GCSE students
get to grips with all of the key topics and concepts.

Who would benefit from using LearnersCloud GCSE resources?

Our GCSE resources are specifically developed to complement classroom teaching
and to help students learn, revise and test themselves on the go! Covering GCSE
Maths, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and iGCSE Maths.

What does it cost?

What does my subscription cover?
|
Full access to our HD-rich tutor videos for your chosen subject; available online,
on your iOS and Android devices.

Can I change the start date for my subscription?
|
You can choose when it starts at the time of purchase. For other queries, please
get in touch.

Can I change my mind once I’ve bought a subscription?
|
Not really. PayPal, which we use for payments, allows you a few moments to halt
your transaction, but once it’s gone through we can’t refund it.
|

I can’t log into my account.
|
Please check your password or try resetting it. If you’re still having problems,
please contact us .

Why can I view my subscription on my tablet or smartphone but not online through
www.learnerscloud.com?
|
Unfortunately due to the restrictions enforced by our app store resellers we are
unable to transfer subscriptions purchased directly through an app.
We recommend that you purchase your subscription in the first instance via www.learnerscloud.com. This will enable you to gain
unlimited access online, on your tablet and on your smartphone device using the
login function on each.

What apps are available?

Our video streaming and Test & Learn apps cover GCSE Maths, English, Biology,
Chemistry, Physics and iGCSE Maths.

What do the apps work on?
|
Our apps are available on all iOS devices and most Android devices. For more information

How can I be sure LearnersCloud has quality content?
|
All our material is developed by fully qualified GCSE subject teachers. It’s
also checked and revised in collaboration with our network of quality assurance
consultants.

How can I determine which clips are relevant to my exam board?
|
All of our lessons are designed specifically for the GCSE curriculum – to see
a breakdown of the exam board coverage for each subject simply visit our 'Products'
page and select the yellow tab (labelled ‘Coverage’) under your subject of choice.

Do our clips provide full coverage across the AQA, Edexcel, OCR and WJEC examination board specifications?
|
Yes, our tutor videos provide full coverage across all of the main UK examination boards. Please be aware that within each clip certain topics may exceed the content included your specific exam syllabus. For further clarification you should refer to your exam board specification.

How do I buy the apps?
|
Go to your usual smartphone/tablet store (App Store, Android market, Google Play)
and search for ‘LearnersCloud’, then download the apps you want.

What browser can I use?
|
We support all major browsers.
On Windows: Firefox 3.0+, Chrome, Opera 10+, Safari and IE 7.0+.
On Mac: Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

What operating systems are supported?
|
Windows and Mac OS X 10.6 and above.

Why do I have to install Silverlight?
|
You need Silverlight in order to view our videos. Downloading and installing it
is completely safe. Read more at http://www.silverlight.net

What monitor resolution do I need to view the videos?
|
You’ll need a resolution of at least 1024 x 768 pixels.
|

I am using Google Chrome (web browser) on a Mac and I cannot type an answer on the
Test & Learn Question section on the LearnersCloud video platform (Silverlight)?
|
Unfortunately, Silverlight is not compatible with Google Chrome on MacOS.
We advise that Mac users either revert to the default browser Safari or use Firefox
to avoid this problem.

|
Unless you agree otherwise with us, it’s one user per subscription.

Does LearnersCloud integrate with whiteboards or smartboards?
|
Yes, as long as you have access to a computer and a licence for the right number
of users.
